- Delivery Coverage: Please note that all products are not available for nationwide delivery. Certain fragile or fresh items (such as homemade sweets and specific dairy products) are only available for delivery inside Dhaka or specific areas. Please check product availability at checkout.

- Inside Dhaka: 2 to 3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 business days (applicable only for eligible products).
- Delivery Charge:
- Standard shipping charges apply based on your location and parcel weight, which will be calculated at checkout.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.
- Inspection: We request you to check your parcel in front of the rider. If you notice any serious damage or seal broken, please inform us immediately.
